Marina brings incredible vision, talent and international arts experience to the APAN . Marina is a highly qualified educator and awarded performer. In 2014 Marina was awarded the ‘Citizen of the Year’ by the City of Perth for her contribution to the performing arts.

I have been lucky enough to work with Marina Del Basso and Hamish McSporran a number of times on various projects and know them to be very professional, creative, well connected people with their fingers firmly on the pulse of all things singing, dancing and acting in Perth. APAN sounds to me like a fantastic idea and I can't think of two people better suited to this venture as not only do they know show business inside out, but they are known to have given many people- including myself- a generous kick start to their career in the entertainment industry. Having started out in Perth- I believe something like APAN would have benefitted me greatly as a portal to 'the biz' that I so craved- hence I think West Australian performers are very lucky that this has been set up to inform them of what is going on and how to gain proximity to many exciting opportunities in a very specific and useful way.
