(Musical Theatre)

The Certificate II in Creative Industry will be delivered weekly throughout throughout the year with 6 hours per work plus self- study. The units of competency from Certificate II attained by students in years 10, 11 or 12 can contribute towards the achievement of a West Australian Certificate of Education (WACE). This offers a great opportunity for students to attain the qualification whilst completing their study at school. The learners study Jazz, Musical Theatre, Acting, Vocals, Industry and Performance Knowledge.

CUA40513 Certificate IV in M.Theatre

Certificate IV in Musical Theatre is a course that bundled to provide the student with an all-round knowledge of performing arts producing a triple threat in musical theatre. Students will have the opportunity to train in current industry trends and experience a wide field of performance opportunities. Musical Theatre majors will have a strong focus on acting, and vocal techniques along with selected dance genres and artist self-development. 

Diploma in Musical Theatre is a course to provide the student with an in-depth study in their specialty area creating a triple threat performer. The material is set to extend and challenge in vocals, acting and dance. The learners graduates with the necessary skills to be independent and versatile performers in a competitive industry. Students will have the opportunity to train in current trends and experience a wide field of performance and practical opportunities. The learners develop a strong technical repertoire. The course includes exciting aspects of business, vocal, acting, dance, artist self-development and performance skills in a variety of scenarios. 

CUA50213 Diploma in Musical Theatre

Advanced Diploma in Performing Arts (Musical Theatre) is an extensive qualification. The units are bundled to provide the student with an in depth study in their specialty (Musical Theatre) whilst extending the all round artist in their minor fields. The student is expected to develop skills in all facets of performing arts and MT majors receive strong technical and performance training in Performance Practical, Song Repertoire, Scene to Song as well as jazz,  partnering, acting, corporate, audition, conditioning, tap, classical, career and performance.
